She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward B. Haltom and Mabel C. Haltom; her husband James E. "Jim" Miller; and her son-in-law Steven C. Rose. She is survived by: her children, Cathy Rose of Kingsport, Mary Clair King (Robin) of Kingsport and J. David Miller (Linda) of Kingsport; her grandchildren, Nathan Miller (Ali), Susanne Miller (Fletcher Echols), Curt Rose (Jenny Rose), Chris Rose (Jill), Caty Gamble (Chris), Matt King (Sarah), Sam King (Kelly), Justin King (Brandy) and Alex King (Julianna); and her great grandchildren, Roman, Shiloh Miller, Emma, Cameron Rose, Elizabeth, Parker, Evelyn Rose, Myles, Ruthie Gamble, Mason, Lillian King, Jack, Charlotte, Jon Miles King, Henry King, Peyton and Nolan King.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Gunnings Cemetery (4851 TN-126, Blountville, TN 37617). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mountain View United Methodist Church (4405 Orebank Rd, Kingsport, TN 37664).
