She was predeceased by: her husband Don Cannon; her parents, Enoch L. Oliver, Sr. and Minnie Wyatt Oliver; her stepmother Stella Steffey Oliver; her siblings, Faye Davidson, Laura Oliver, Wilburn K. Oliver and Enoch L. Oliver (Junior); and her nephew Wilburn Christopher Oliver.
She is survived by: her siblings, W. James Oliver (Charlotte), Susan M. Oliver, Karen P. Oliver and Debbie Larkey (Isaac); her stepdaughter Wanda Dunn (Tim); her siblings' children, Elizabeth Oliver, Whitney Oliver, Nicole Mullins and Shane Oliver; her close friend Gene Romero; Brandon Ferren. She is also survived by six grand nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Oak Hill Memorial Park (800 Truxton Dr, Kingsport, TN 37660).
