She is survived by: her husband Wayne Allen Culbertson; her daughters, Amanda Shelton and Nichole Culbertson; her grandchildren, Carter Diesel, Carley Memphis and Sullivan; her stepfather Lee Tomlinson (Betty Clendenin Tomlinson); her mother-in-law Durel Culbertson; her siblings-in-law, Paula Socha and Richard Culbertson (Tammy); her sibling's children, James Culbertson, Jonathan Carruba and Amanda Carruba; and her cousin Carolyn Larkin Cole.
