She is survived by : her husband William Sherman Gowin; her son Donald "Neil" Stephens; her sister Janice Marie Kellam Stevens; her nieces, Kayla Fulton (Josh), Karla Kellam and Brittany Stevens (Tyler); her great-niece Madison Gillahan; her great-nephew Caiden Kellam; and her aunt Georgia Ann Kellam Street.
