He is survived by: his mother Ruth Kerr Perez of Whiting, NJ; his wife Rebecca Green Perez of Kingston; his children, Bethany Offshack (Aaron Campbell) of Knoxville and Jeffrey Offshack (Anna) of Knoxville; his siblings, Eileen Bennett, Charlie of Joelton, TN, Diane Perez of Whiting, NJ and Bob Perez (Natalie) of New Jersey; his grandsons, Joshua and Caleb Offshack of Knoxville; his nieces and nephews, Angela, Jimmy, Grace, Gianna and Elizabeth Perez; and his close friends, Shay, Donna Ott, Dale Barnard, Jay Harr and Gary Cooper.
