Betty Bullock Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betty Bullock of Harriman, Tennessee, born in Fort Benning, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 17, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny James Garrett and Mildred Inez Deese Garrett; and her siblings, Richard Garrett, Raymond Garrett, Glennie McLees, Barbara Jean Glass, Charles Garrett, James Garrett, Sandra Harris and Wanda Castleberry.
She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Bullock of Harriman; her daughters, April Dawn Kirwan (Eric) of Kingston and Jan Marie Webb of Harriman; her grandchildren, Christine DiAnn Weatherly, Elizabeth Anne Weatherly and Joshua James Webb; her brother Donald Edgar Garrett of Waverly Hall, GA; and her siblings-in-law, Henry Jr. Bullock, Evelyn Nix, Betty Jo Grubbs and Jacqueline Owens.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the South Harriman Baptist Church (626 Ruritan Rd, Harriman, TN 37748). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial donations be made to South Harriman Baptist Church or plant a tree in her honor.
