She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Kenneth Barnett; her son Richard Keith Barnett; her parents, K. G. Edgemon and Mable Rose Edgemon; and her sister Jan Edgemon.
She is survived by: her children, Andra Barnett and Kelly Barnett (Donna); her grandchildren, Hayden and Haylee Barnett; and her siblings, Libby Gregory (Dave) of Cleveland, Anna Jean Roberts (Bobby) of Decatur, Alice Faye Powell (Johnny) of Decatur and Butch Edgemon (Debbie) of Ten Mile.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Carolyn's name to Ten Mile Baptist Church (C/O Susan Shearman 404 Nebo Road Ten Mile, TN 37880), the Library fund at First Baptist Church Kingston or the American Diabetes Association.
