He was predeceased by: his parents, Welch Jackson and Irene Jackson (Wormsley); his sister Naomi; his brother-in-law D. B. Daugherty; his brother Jerry Jackson; and his former wife Patricia Jackson.
He is survived by: his wife Madge Jackson of Kingston; his daughters, Vickie McPeters (Rod), Rhonda Jackson and Donna Bumbalough; his stepchildren, Keith Hopkins and Kathy Dawson (Raymond); his grandchildren, Aaron Jones, Matt Jones (Mitzi), Leslie Gignilliat (Darrell), Whitney Lewis (Brian), Lindsay Parks, Tallie Cullity (Ben) and Chris Bumbalough (Sandra); his stepgrandchildren, Sean Hopkins, Hunter Dawson (Rachel), Ashley Hopkins and Tiffani Loucks (Ryan Scates); his brother Jackie Jackson (Sherrell); his sister-in-law Sharon Jackson; and his friend March. He is also survived by nieces, cousins, other family members, and friends.
