Fowlkes (Chris) of Oak Ridge and Wayne Weatherly of Kingston; her siblings, Charles Smith (Dora) of Harriman and Frances Bailey of Kingston; her grandchildren, Blake, Lillian Fowlkes, Madyson Fowlkes, Dylan Weatherly, Lillian Weatherly and Taylan J. Weatherly; and her siblings-in-law, Lillie Bouchard (Dick) of Pleasant Hill, MO, Ann Goddard (Terry) of Lenoir City, Janice Webb (David) of Kingston and Ray Weatherly (Daisy) of Lenoir City.
