She was predeceased by: her former husband Martin Moore; her husband William 'Bill Powell; her daughter Brenda Boles; her grandchildren, Stephen Lawson and Melanie Renfro Russell; and her parents, Hardy Pope and Annie Nelson Pope.
She is survived by: her children, Aileen Lawson Hammett of Kingston, Mary Renfro Cantrell (Ray) of Kingston, Stanley Moore of Kingston and Deborah Moore of Kingston; her niece Freda Pope Prichard of Knoxville; her half-sister Parzetta Branson; and her sister-in-law Carolyn Moore Hutchison. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren.
