He is survived by : his daughter Rachel Downing Young (Mike Ellis) of Kingston; his grandchildren, EmmaLee Ellis of Knoxville and James Young of Kingston; his niece Mandy Rush of Kingston; his nephew Austin Rush of Kingston; and the mother of his child Patricia A. Rush of Kingston.
