She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Estep and Ann Estep (Rogers); her brother John Estep; and her siblings-in-law, Jack and Muriel Welch.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Welch; her sons, Brian Garven (Sarah) and Aaron Garven; her sister Lee Bilharz (Walter); her grandchildren, Claire, Ethan and Brooke Garven; her stepdaughter Kimberly Lambert (Scott); and her grandchildren, Avery, Belle and Blythe Lambert.
