She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas Hamilton Reins, Sr.; her parents, Acie Andrew Oliver and Winnie Frazier Oliver; her siblings, Mary O. Stanley and Glenn Edward Oliver, Sr.; and her stepsiblings, Jane Oliver and Acie Oliver, Jr..

She is survived by: her son Thomas "Tommy" Reins, Jr. (Angela) of Knoxville, TN; and her granddaughter Alexa "Lexie" Reins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 200 W Cowles St, Wilkesboro, NC 28697.
