With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Beuna LaVera McBryant Farmer of Knoxville, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 6, 2025 at the age of 96. She was predeceased by: her husband John W. "Dub" McBryant; her parents, William J. Bell Sr. and Icy Bell Hodge; her son James W. "Jim" McBryant; her great grandchild Gracie A. McBryant; her son-in-law Carl H. Kennedy; and her siblings, William J. "Bill" Bell Jr. (Nadine), Carolyn D. Hubbard (Tom), Mark Jefford "Jeff" Bell and Sammy Bell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Kennedy and Donna Gordon; her grandchildren, Carla Kennedy, Bryan Gordon (Priscilla), Jamie Hutchins (Dave Marshall) and Joseph "Joey" McBryant (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Brittany Hutchins, Austin Gordon, Katie Corum, Kate Turner, Jessi, Drew, Sophie and London McBryant; her great great grandchild Ava Tipton; and her close friends, Jenni Dolbee, Jim Roach and Leigh Nelson.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Berry Highland West Cemetery (9913 Sherrill Blvd, Knoxville, TN 37932).
The family invites you to honor her memory with donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, an organization close to her heart.
