He was predeceased by : his parents, Otto Roth and Bertha Roth; and his siblings, Ralph Roth, Wanda Freels and Joann Hudson.

He is survived by : his wife Dolly Davis Roth; and his sons, Tim Roth (Kelly) of Atlanta, GA and Randy Roth (Morgan) of Cookeville, TN. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren and one great grandson; several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews and special friends.
