It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn R. Smith (Knoxville, Tennessee), who passed away on May 8, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Theodoreand Mildred Sturdivant; her daughter Felecia Smith; and her great grandchild Kaydyn Smith. She is survived by: her children, Katina Watson (Mark), Karen Whitaker, Sidney Smith, Lamar Smith, Michael Smith and William Smith. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson; four siblings, several nieces and nephews.
