With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecil Hatcher of Knoxville, Tennessee, who passed away on December 22, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Patsy Jo Hatcher; his parent Katy Hatcher; and his brothers, Troy (Lucy Hatcher) and Carl (Evelyn Hatcher). He is survived by: his daughter Cathy Hickerson Bennett; his son-in-law Doug Bennett; his grandson Charlie Hickerson; his nephews, Dr. Tim Hatcher and David Hatcher (Lori); and his pet Millie.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
