He was predeceased by: his parents, Doug Sr. Morehead and Sue Morehead; his mother-in-law Barbara Crawford; and his brother-in-law Ricky Athey. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his sisters, Sandi Athey and Libi Maniace (Vince); and his sister-in-law Becky Roberts. He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews, and 16 great nieces and nephews.
