He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Hale and Francis Hale; and his siblings, Patricia Hale and Dennis Hale. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hale; his children, Charles Michael Hale (Debbie) and Pamela Hale; his granddaughter Amanda Hale; and his siblings, Bud Hale and Linda Lane.
