He is survived by : his wife Linda Clark; his children, Jeff Clark (Amanda), Kevin Clark (Jill) and Kim Coleman (J. T.); his grandchildren, Austin, Samuel, Laney, Hunter, Brandy, Haley and Tyler; his siblings, Mary Welch (Libby), Joette Clark, Clarence and Dean Clark; and his close friends, Fred Poovey and Joe Lovin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a host of close friends.

Charlie requested no flowers but donations be made to Dante Church of God.
