He was predeceased by: his parents, C. L. Lowe and Earlene Lowe; and his son Clifford Wayne Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Lowe; his children, Mary Elizabeth "Beth" Collins (Travis) and Farrah Clark; his grandchildren, Caleb Collins, Sydney Collins, Zoe Collins, Emelyn Collins "Emmy", Slade Lowe and Blake McClellan; his siblings, Mary Jane Cloud (Lowe), Kathy Maples (Atchley) and David Braden (Donnie); and his siblings' children, Hannah Maples, Andrew Maples (Lauren), Allen Braden (Janet), Jennifer Cloud, Jessica Missey (Tim), Jaclyn Howell (Matt) and David Braden.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 6:00 PM at 904 Dry Gap Pike, Knoxville, TN 37918.
In lieu of flowers, family is requesting donations be made to the Church at Sterchi Hills Youth Group.
