She is survived by: her husband Dr. Charles William Sullivan; her children, David, Cynthia Chyrel Little (Don) of Tulsa, OK and Charles Stephen Sullivan (Debbie) of Castlewood, VA.; her grandchildren, Lexi Methvin, Corbin Methvin, Tyson Sullivan, Taylar Wallace, Heather King and Charlie Sullivan; and her great grandchildren, Lila Methvin, Nolan Methvin, Cecelia Methvin, Beckett Wallace, Madison Wallace, Smiley Sullivan, Elijah Sullivan, AnnElise King, Langston King, Logan Sullivan, Tristan Sullivan and Reese Sullivan. She is also survived by mother to her family.
