She is survived by: her husband John Ballinger; her children, Scotty Ballinger, Bobby Ballinger (Julia), LaDonna Pratt (Clint) and Danny Ballinger; her grandchildren, Katie, Zoe and Johnathan; her great grandchild Landon; and her brother Warren Dalton (Denise). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
