He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Hugh Cody and Katherine Berrier Cody; his sisters, Mary Ellen Cody and Betty Cody Beeler; and the mother of his children Linda Howard Cody.
He is survived by: his daughters, April Cody Vineyard (Mike) and Angela Cody Lawson (Freddie); his grandchildren, Ty, Zachary Vineyard and Brooke Lawson; his brother Jim Cody; and his sibling's children, Michael Cody and Jennifer Cody.
