He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward L. Ayers, Sr. and Louise R. Ayers; and his son Dennis L. Ayers. He is survived by: his wife Janice L. Ayers; his daughter Glenna Ghantt (Randy); and his stepchildren, Keith Roper, Kristine Roper, Kevin Roper (Tracey) and Kenneth Roper (Dawn). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
