She was predeceased by: her husband Edmond Lee Napier; her mother Della Latham; her son James H. Suttles; her father Roy H. Graves; her stepfather Wade P. Manes; her sister Wanda Fay; her brother-in-law Lloyd F. Arrowood; her siblings, Sarah Deloris Latham and Billy H. Latham; her stepchildren, Susan Pickel and David Napier; and her stepbrother Jackie Wade Manes.
She is survived by: her son Dennis W. Suttles; her grandson Brian Suttles; her sister-in-law Emma Lee Latham; her nephews, Lloyd F. Arrowood (Sandy) and Andy Arrowood; her niece Iva Jean Massey; her stepchildren, Rose Ann Napier and Donnie Napier; and her close friend Jim Swaggerty. She is also survived by many grand children, great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Berry Highland South Cemetery (9010 Simpson Rd, Knoxville, TN 37920).
