He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel "Samcat" Houston Allison and Maxine Jones Allison; his brothers, Lambert Paul Allison and David "Crow" Houston Allison; and his cousins, Joe "Papaw" Allen Smith and Jeffery "Jeffro" Neal Allison.

He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Kay "Missy" Allison.
