In the vast expanse of eternity, Frederick Campbell shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Frederick Campbell farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his wife Anne; his sons, Jonathan (Daphne Moffatt) of Knoxville and Lee (Karen Moffatt) of Marietta, GA; and his grandson Patrick Moffatt.
In 2023, he was honored by the Knoxville History Project for his significant contributions to Knoxville History.
