He is survived by: his wife Ann Hawk Preston of Cleveland, Tennessee.; his son George Kline Preston IV (Tiffany); his grandchildren, George Kline Preston V (Madeline), Warren Preston and Knox Preston; his daughter Kathryn Baumann; his grandchildren, Amber Kaddour (Brian), Heather Baumann, Zachary Baumann and Celeste Baumann; his great grandchildren, Linkin Kaddour and Aurora Kaddour; his sister Phoebe Brinskelli; and his cousin Dr. Jack Lacey (Sylvia).
