She was predeceased by: her parents, John Foulk and Bess Ogle Foulk; and her brother Ronald Foulk. She is survived by: her husband Charles Godfrey, Sr.; and her children, Charles (Cindy Godfrey, Jr.), Penny (Joe Burchfield), Paul (Vicky Godfrey), Rhonda (John Branum) and Tammy Smithey. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren.
