She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Horne and Hettie Horne; her husband L. J. Maddox; and her siblings, Bernard Horne, Jewell Hughes and Lou Bailey.
She is survived by: her son Jeff; her daughter-in-law Sonja Maddox; her grandson Lucas (Ashley Maddox); her great grandchildren, Autumn and Emma Maddox; her grandson Benjamin Maddox; and her granddaughter-in-law Charlotte Rodina.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Funeral Home and Cremations Farragut Chapel (11915 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37934). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Tennessee Veterans Cemetery (5901 Lyons View Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919).
