He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Hilliard and Martha Hilliard; and his siblings, Richard Hillard, John Steven, Nancy Thornton and Wilma Hilliard.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Hillard, Jack Hillard (Wanda), Diana Buckner (Billy) and Melissa Hawkins (David); his pet McGraw; and his close friend Betty Wolfenbarger. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
