She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Phelps and Elizabeth Phelps; her siblings, Bill Phelps, Betty Phelps Estes (Joe) and Barbara Phelps Smith (James); her brother-in-law Clyde Hipshire; her children, Yvonne Phelps and Gregory Bowman; her son-in-law Ricky Bridges; and her siblings' children, Sandra Hipshire and Scotty Smith.
She is survived by: her sister Carol Hipshire; her children, Paula England (Billy Jr.) and Libbie Bridges; her grandchildren, Kristy Faircloth (Travis), Heather Hurst (Clayton), Blake Bridges (Sara) and Mason Bridges (Brittany); and her great grandchildren, Dylan Faircloth, Katelyn Faircloth, Hailey Pridemore, Maxwell Ladd, Brinlee Bridges, Beckett Bridges, Lincoln Bridges, Maya Bridges and Chase Thurmer. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expense.
