He was predeceased by: his wife Jean; and his son Michael. He is survived by: his sisters, Betty and Barbara; his children, Deborah Thomas (Eric), Regina Fox (Alan) and Brian Dockery (Laura); his grandchildren, Chris Fox (Hannah), Evan Thomas (Sarah), Olivia Harris (Austin) and Nathan Reeder; and his great grandchildren, Gracie, Hazel and Warren. He is also survived by several close friends and neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Halls Chapel (4131 E Emory Rd, Knoxville, TN 37938). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Walnut Grove Cemetery (166 County Garage Rd, Sevierville, TN 37876).
