He is survived by: his wife Susan Nipper; his mother-in-law Betty Dixon; his children, Missy Chapman (Darrell), Sabrina Humphreys (Yo), Jaime Fox (Charlie), Michael Nipper and Steve Newcomb; his sisters, Helen Monroe (Everette), Libby Morrison (David), Sue Nipper, Kathie Monroe and Judy Nipper; his grandchildren, Kiera Holbert, Dustin Holbert (Chayla), Alyssa Moore (Jonathan), Taylor Jensen (James), Nathan Geames (Mahayla), Adam Geames, Kennedi McNeal, Felicia Carlyle (Cody), Samantha Beachy (Kevin) and Elizabeth Fox (Jacob); and his close friends, Vernon, Judy Weaver, Larry and Merle Crowe. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren, multiple nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
