He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Tutwiler and Jerry Tutwiler. He is survived by: his son Austin Tutwiler of Knoxville; his siblings, Judy Farris (Terry) of Dandridge, Rebecca Halley of Hoopeston, IL and Shane "Jessica" Tutwiler of West Hartford, CT; his granddaughter Serinity Tutwiler of Knoxville; and his siblings' children, Gabe Combs, Deanna Gordon, John Combs, Matt Farris, Dustin Farris, Abby and Maddie Tutwiler.
