She is survived by: her husband Earl; her children, Whitney Mauldin (Mark), Jamie Roop (Jennifer), Garrett, Olivia Mauldin and Hadyn Szulewski; and her siblings, J. D. Bright, Janet Greene and Sarah Allison (Lowell).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations by made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or to Shriner's Children's Hospital.
