He is survived by: his husband Martin Leon Qualls (Mickey); his stepmother Sandie Means (Gene); his sister Kim Cook; his brother-in-law Bruce Cook of Live Oak, FL; his brother Jerry Edwards of Jacksonville, FL; his mother-in-law Sharon Qualls of Chatsworth; his siblings-in-law, Freida Smith of Resaca, Rhonda Crumbley (Shaun) of Dalton and Jonathan Qualls (Deyonna) of Chatsworth, GA; his siblings' child Karena Hensley; his grandchildren, Matthew Hensley, Emma Grace Jones (Alex) and Katie Sumner; and his cousin Vickie Hensley.
