He is survived by: his wife Susan Chance; his children, Austin, Thomas and Eli; his brother Holland Ricker (Shelley); his aunt Renee Davis; and his uncles, Kenny Mintz, Phil Maples (Janice) and Gil Maples (Sara). He is also survived by nephews and cousins.
