It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeremy Wayne Canter of Knoxville, Tennessee, who passed away on September 15, 2023, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Canter and Kimberly Scarlett Pelszynski; and his grandparents, Arvelle and Dorothy Scarlett (Nelms). He is also survived by loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
