Joan Carol Lampkin Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan Carol Lampkin of Knoxville, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 25, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Joan Carol shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Joan Carol farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, H. K. Hefner and Howard Lampkin. She is survived by: her sons, Kent Hefner (Tina), Keith Hefner (Eileen) and Kyle Hefner (Mindy). She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Berry Highland South Cemetery (9010 W Simpson Rd, Knoxville, TN 37920).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the food ministry at South Point Church, a cause close to Joan's heart. 1029 Avenue A, Knoxville, TN 37920.
