She was predeceased by: her mother Pauline Shields; her sister Barbara Wooliver; and her son Scott Kinser. She is survived by: her children, Steve A. Kinser, Perry Kinser and Kimberly Laugherty; her grandchildren, Christy, Wendy, Eric and Casey Laugherty; her great grandchildren, Hunter Clark, Nate Sayler, Kayden Jones and Madison Hall; her great great grandchild Romee Hall; and her nieces, Frieda K. Kirby and Melanie Evans. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
