She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Catherine Wilkinson (Betty) and Charles Walter Wilkinson. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Phillips; her children, Lisa Sinclair (Seth) and Jonathan Phillips (Cori); her grandchildren, AJ, Thomas, Leo, Cressa and Will; and her sisters, Barbara King (Jim) and Elizabeth Jane Bench (Bette). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St John Neumann Catholic Church (645 St John Ct, Knoxville, TN 37934). Visitation was held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home (9902 Braddock Rd, Fairfax, VA 22032). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at the Fairfax Memorial Park (9900 Braddock Rd, Fairfax, VA 22032).
