She is survived by: her daughters, Becky Hurst and Amy Stallings; her grandchildren, Adam Stallings, Katie Stallings, Kayla Caughorn and Michael "Andy" Hurst; and her great grandchildren, Ally Evans, Jade Stallings and Corey Caughorn.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Diabetes Association.
