He was predeceased by: his grandfather Lester; his parents, Melissa Nichols and Donald Nichols; his sister Merissa Nichols; and his nephew Elijah Nichols.

He is survived by: his wife Jessica Compton Nichols; his children, Sterling Nichols, Callum Nichols and Amira Nichols; his aunts, Pamela Farmer (Robin) and Angela Farmer; his grandmother Regina Denton; and his brothers, Rob Farmer, Luke Johnson and Jesse Landenberg.
