It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry D. Stair (Knoxville, Tennessee), born in Harriman, Tennessee, who passed away on March 31, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Glenn Stair and Crystal Stair; and his son Curtis Stair. He is survived by : his wife Amanda; his children, Parker Stair (Karen), Julia Gouffon (Chuck) and Laura Shoffner (Mark); his grandchildren, Sierra Stair, Logan Stair, Benjamin Gouffon, Grace Shoffner and Lucas Shoffner; his sister Judy Speers; and his nieces and nephews, David Moore and Meredith Moore James. He is also survived by children, grandchildren, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Friends of the Smokies.
