She was predeceased by : her parents, William Mullen and Elsie Hyman Schultz; her father-in-law Donald Schultz; her brothers, Thomas Mullen, James T. Taylor and Kenneth H. Taylor; and her aunt Elizabeth Hyman Taylor.
She is survived by : her husband John M. Cypherd Jr. of Knoxville, TN; her children, Kathryn R. Nagy (Philip) of Knoxville, TN, Christopher T. Cypherd (Ronda) of Orlando, FL, Robert Gregory Cypherd (Gail) of Fishers Island, NY, John M. Cypherd III (Stacy) of Tampa, FL and Sonya Gauer of Orlando, FL; her brother Dallas W. Taylor (Ann) of Greenville, N. C.; her sister-in-law Toni C. Taylor of Greenville, N. C.; her niece Bebee Mullen Bugge (Adam); and her son Peter Zike (Sonia) of El Paso, Texas. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
