She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Fuchs and Lillian Fuchs (Morris); her husband William C. Foulk (Bill); her siblings, Charles Kenneth Fuchs and Nellie Jeanette Harwell; her sister-in-law JoAnn Fuchs; and her stepson David Earl Foulk.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Trotter (Sonny) and Richard E. Henry (Cindy); her grandchildren, Mary Elizabeth, Caroline Trotter, Rachael Kapperman (Cameron), Parker Henry, Bethany Leatherwood (Brian), Seymour, Jonathan Foulk (Brooke), Julie Wilson (Adam) and Joshua Leatherwood (Myca); her pet Finley; her great grandchildren, Jack Henry Kapperman, Charles Thompson Kapperman, Sarah Leatherwood, Joshua Leatherwood (Myca), Turner, Ellie, Hadley Foulk, Rowen, Asher and Gideon Wilson; her close friends, Lisa Watkins, Alan Giles, Deborah, Dennis Johnson, Susan, Carl Woods and Shannon Hodges Hall; and her caregivers, Angie and Lilly Cowherd.
