She was predeceased by: her parents, Mugar Anderson and Dorothy Anderson; and her brothers-in-law, Billy Greiner and Kenneth Allen. She is survived by: her husband Richard S. Kelsey, Jr.; her daughters, Angel Kennedy (Michael) and Dayna Kelsey; her grandchildren, Desiree Kennedy (Taylor Ferguson), Emily Shirley (Blake) and Mikalea Kennedy (Jordan Farmer); her great grandchildren, Wyatt Ferguson, Hudson Shirley and Jayden Farmer; and her sisters, Jean Greiner and Anita Allen. She is also survived by six nephews; two nieces; and their children.
