She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Halstead and Ellen Halstead; and her sisters, Dea Mulreany (N. J.) and Maryellen Leppink. She is survived by: her husband Lynn Sexton; her children, Jim Sexton (Gretchen) of Birmingham, Ala., Beth Williamson (Mark) of Knoxville, Judy Lett (Kevin) of Powell, Tenn. and Jill Racine (Bob); and her grandchildren, Mackenzie, Maggie Sexton, Ben, Tyler, Carolyn Williamson, Will, Jenna Lett, Shua, Netzer, Zahar, Seveyah and Daraq Racine.
